Requirements
As Infrastructure Engineer you will be responsible for the support of the company's enterprise Windows Server environment which predominantly runs on a VMware platform across production, Data Centre and hybrid-cloud platforms.
It is essential that the Infrastructure Engineer has a proven track-record supporting Windows, and VMware ideally within Agile and ITIL environments.
The Infrastructure Engineer will be expected to provide 3rd line infrastructure support across the organisation, as well as undertake project work either as part of a project team or as the technical lead on smaller projects; a proven track recording in leading technical infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Cloud computing, DevOps and associated technologies such as Azure, PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform is also a major plus – but not essential.
With strong technical capabilities you must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills (Dutch or English), and be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.

Configuring server and storage hardware
Configuring associated applications and services TCP/IP/DHCP/DNS/DFS.
Familiarity in Cloud / DevOps environments and associated technologies eg Azure, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform etc
Familiarity working in a complex multi domain environment with 1000+ users.
Ability to effectively manage own projects and deliverables.
Experience of managing virtual guests under a VSphere platform
Experience of ITIL processes particularly Incident, Problem, Change and Release management best practises
