As an AI Data Engineer your primary focus will be taking a central role in the optimisation of large language models and contributing to the ongoing development of our clients scalable ML pipelines, and AI Models. To do this you will enjoying using Python, PyTorch and / or R Programming, and be able to demonstrate your knowledge of RAG, RHLF, DPO etc.

It is highly desirable that the AI Data Engineer will be equally passionate about LLMs, model development and contributing to MLOps best practices using deployment tools and cloud solutions including Docker, Kubernetets, Azure ML and or AWS Sagemaker (or similar technology).

In addition, the AI Data Engineer will also enjoy contributing to decision-making related to the overall data and AI infrastructure particularly related to methods of data management and processing for training existing AL models.

Candidates must be product-focused, customer oriented, and be a pragmatic team player who enjoys robust conversations about data and AI-powered feature development.

• A strong academic background (Msc or PhD) in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and / or Computer Sciences

• Demonstrable experience working on enterprise AI applications with deep knowledge of topics related to machine learning, ML pipelines and Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Hands-on skills in AI model development / optimization using Python, Pytorch, R etc

• Strong knowledge of data management and date processing techniques and technologies

• Experience working in enterprise MLOps with understanding of associated infrastructure tooling (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetets etc)

• Knowledge of Cloud based ML platforms such as Azure ML or AWS Sagemaker

• Strong communication skills with a positive attitude towards working as part of a large team
